These terms describe the standard conditions for TiLimousine reservations. Your written quote or booking confirmation controls if it contains trip-specific terms that differ from the general information below.
Quotes and Reservations
A website inquiry or quote request is not itself a confirmed reservation. A trip is confirmed when TiLimousine accepts the request and provides the applicable written booking confirmation. Vehicle and chauffeur availability remain subject to confirmation.
Pricing and Payments
Pricing and any trip-specific payment terms are stated in the written quote or booking confirmation. Do not rely on a planning estimate as a confirmed reservation price. Tolls and taxes are included. Parking may be included or charged separately, and its treatment is stated in the written quote. Gratuity is optional.
Trip-Specific Terms
Any cancellation, change, waiting, payment or no-show terms that apply to your trip are provided in writing before the reservation is confirmed.
Passenger Information and Changes
The customer is responsible for providing accurate pickup, destination, date, time, flight, passenger, luggage, and contact information needed for the trip. Material changes should be communicated promptly because they may affect vehicle suitability, timing, availability, or price.
