TiLimousine Service Standards
These are the operating standards applied on every TiLimousine booking. They are not aspirations or marketing copy - they are the baseline for every trip, regardless of vehicle, route, or booking size.
Punctuality
On-time arrival is the baseline, not a feature. For airport pickups, the vehicle is positioned before the scheduled arrival window. For city pickups, the chauffeur is on location at the confirmed address at the confirmed time. If anything changes - from traffic to a road closure - you are notified directly.
Vehicle Presentation
Every vehicle is cleaned and detailed before each booking. Exterior wash, interior vacuum, wiped-down surfaces, and clean windows. No clutter, no personal items visible, no air fresheners masking an uncleaned cabin. The vehicle presented to every client is the same vehicle seen in fleet photographs.
Professional Conduct
The chauffeur wears professional attire on every booking: dark suit or equivalent executive dress. Luggage is handled without being asked. Doors are opened. Conversation is responsive to the client's preference - if you want to work in silence, the cabin is quiet. Discretion is absolute - no discussion of previous clients, previous trips, or private information of any kind.
Communication
You communicate directly with the driver from first contact. Booking confirmations, timing updates, and day-of changes are handled by the same person who drives the vehicle. No hold queues. No relay messages. If you need something, you reach the driver directly.
Flight Monitoring
For every airport arrival pickup, the chauffeur monitors live flight status from the moment of booking. You do not need to call or text when your flight is delayed. The vehicle time adjusts automatically, and you are contacted if a significant delay affects the plan.
Pricing Transparency
The price confirmed in writing before booking is the price charged. There are no meters, no surge pricing, and no fees added after the fact. Tolls, gratuity handling, and any additional charges are disclosed in the written booking confirmation.
Direct Line
The driver's direct number is available to every client from the moment of first booking. It does not route through a call center. It does not go to a dispatcher. It is the driver's own line.
