- When you send your flight number, we add it to the live tracking board. The pickup time adjusts to your actual landing time, not your scheduled one. If you land thirty minutes late, the chauffeur is there thirty minutes late — not idling and not late.
- Where do you meet me at Logan? +
- By default we meet at the curbside pickup zone for your terminal — A, B, C, or E. If you request a meet and greet, the chauffeur parks and meets you inside at baggage claim with a name placard. Request meet and greet at the time of booking.
- Do you serve Logan Terminal E for international arrivals? +
- Yes. Terminal E is fully covered. International arrivals include customs and immigration, so meet and greet is recommended — the chauffeur meets you once you clear and is not subject to curbside time limits.
- Can you pick up from Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard airports? +
- Yes. Nantucket Memorial (ACK) and Martha's Vineyard (MVY) are both served. Transfers from the island airports to Boston-area hotels, homes, or connections are booked in advance with confirmed pricing.
- How far in advance should I book? +
- At least 24 hours ahead so the trip is confirmed in writing. Shorter notice is accepted when availability allows — call directly for same-day requests.
