When the Sagamore approach is gridlocked, I-93 South to Route 24 and Route 25 over the Bourne Bridge, then Route 6 or Route 28 east, often saves real time despite added mileage.

Travelers connecting to a ferry can request mainland transportation to the agreed Hyannis ferry terminal. The ferry operator sets its own schedule and boarding requirements, so check the operator directly.
